The Training Centre sits within the Ocean Marina complex on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard. Delegates train, stay and eat in the same waterfront setting, which keeps a course week straightforward to arrange.
Where we are.
The centre is located in the Na Jomtien area of Chonburi province, on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard south of Pattaya.
- By air: The Training Centre has easy access to both Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) and U-Tapao Rayong–Pattaya International Airport (UTP). Suvarnabhumi International Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Ocean Marina by motorway.
- By road: Ocean Marina is located on Sukhumvit Road in Na Jomtien and has easy access to the motorway network.

Inside the Training Centre.
The centre is built around Poseidon's own simulation environment for emergency management training and assessment. Facilities include dedicated classrooms, the Poseidon Emergency Command Centre practical training area, reception and administration facilities, a dedicated first aid room and parking. Delegates also have access to Ocean Marina amenities including a shop, changing rooms, showers, toilets and restaurants. Yacht charters are available for full six-person MEMIR course bookings.

For delegates travelling to Poseidon from outside Thailand, the practical arrangements should be straightforward and clearly explained before travel.

- Ocean Marina Resort Pattaya Jomtien is located on site and is our recommended accommodation for delegates. Poseidon can provide a corporate rate and can arrange accommodation or accommodation packages for an additional charge.

- A typical training day runs from 08:00 to 17:00, with refreshment breaks and a one-hour lunch break.

Alongside its OPITO training and assessment, Poseidon delivers team development and human performance programmes for visiting teams. They are designed and delivered by former UK Special Forces operators on the Poseidon team, and are built around the objectives a team brings with it. These programmes are not OPITO-approved and are arranged separately from course bookings.
