Training, assessment or exercises are delivered as agreed, with outputs matched to the requirement. These may include OPITO certificates and required appraisal or performance documentation where applicable, attendance records, company-level feedback and debriefs, and written organisational reports.

- OPITO certificates and required appraisal or performance documentation are issued where applicable to the product and successful completion requirements.
- Invoicing.
- Corporate and account customers are invoiced under the payment terms stated in their quotation, contract, credit agreement or invoice. Where no different terms have been agreed, our standard corporate payment term is 30 days from the invoice date.

- MEMIR can be delivered at client sites. COWPA, COWPA Refresher, AGT and Gas Monitor are available on location. OIMCE and CROER assessments can also be arranged at client sites, with the assessor present.
